Cancellation Policy

  • Policy on Cancellation or change of dates of confirmed block would attract retention, as mentioned below:

  • 100% of the total package if cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival or No Show.

  • 50% of the total package if cancelled between 4 to 15 days prior to arrival.

  • 25% of the total package if cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival.

  • A booking deposit of minimum 25% of entire stay will be charged to confirm bookings.

  • The balance has to be paid a minimum of 5 days before check-in and if payment is not received, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

  • Please Note: Some packages and rates may have different booking policies which will be mentioned along with that particular package or rate.

One of the finest Resort in Candolim .we have been with family in Nov . The service, food, location , views are awesome. The staff is very much polite and supportive. The hotel is very much clean and hygienic . Will definitely recommend for stay.Awesome hospitality and food. Personal attention is given. Always ready to help. 10/10. rooms are superb There's are pool to relax. Best in Goa.The food served was wonderful and tasted really nice.
